Adding an egg was my idea

I had written a post where I blamed myLot for my prejudice against white flour or maida as we call it. But I decided to use it by convincing myself that anything once in a way would be fine. I made those curd dosas following a recipe my friend had suggested but I added an egg in there as it was cake walk removing the dosas from the pan as otherwise they normally stick to the bottom. The results were great. I had them for breakfast this morning

Those look like egg pancakes. I prefer mine a little crispier. Do you eat these with anything else like jam or butter or sauce?

Those pancakes you are talking about are differently made These are kind of limp and need nothing else to eat with. I like the taste.

Wow looks great and is easy to make! It can be tried as a new breakfast item for the guests ! I think it has much scope to get in other vegetable ingredients like onions and tomatoes? Thanks for sharing.

Why don't you try doing it yourself. It has white flour, egg, sugar, salt, green chilli, curds and coriander leaves.

You will make a better job of it. Cooking needs patience

@allknowing You did a good job. It is true that cooking needs patience, I hate when I have people coming into the kitchen and watching me cooking. This makes me nervous, I cannot even stand my husband doing this.

I use white flour, but try to always use something more enriching, like you did the egg. I also use other types of flour.

Whole wheat flour has become a regular here and white flour is not used that frequently as we used to earlier.
