Unfortunately I'm reeeeeeally busy and it's hard for me to find the will for any kind of exercise. I keep saying that I'll start some day, but that day is still far . I would love to try yoga, but it won't happen soon

@anamika161088 , if I ever do, I'll take pictures and post them somewhere. My wife would probably do it anyway . She tried yoga one time, but decided it's not for her, she's very active and she can't stay quiet too long

Never tried yoga as I am living in a rural area. But I know i can learn the same in some youtube channels if I want to. But right now i only do stationary biking and dancing too to be able to continue exercising. We have our friday zumba but sometimes when some people is not here to lead then we stop.I know its always good to do exercises at home to keep ourselves fit and healthy.

Wow I didn't know that my anniversary was also International Yoga Day! DH (which stands for Dear Husband and also his initials!) passed away but if he were still alive it would be our 49th anniversary. I love yoga and once it actually saved my life possibly or at least saved me from a very serious injury.

I do pranayam daily for 20 minutes. Yoga is a part of my exercise regime and I do it thrice a week.
