How can we make our dreams come true or through

I read a motivational book a while back and the author emphasized the fact that most people in the grave went away with huge dreams, aspirations and creativity that wasn't harnessed and the funny thing is that we can only bring this dreams to bare while alive. I know we have all have dreams but bringing it to fruition has always been a problem. What are you doing to achieve this or what do you think we should do?

@kepweng I will say that not all are spoiled during their younger years. It is true that they were born with silver spoon in their mouths but some of them actually have to work their way up before assuming riches. They just know how to use their resources. Difference of the rich and the poor people.
