Hello everyone.
When I was younger and still single, Friday means to me bringing my 30L backpack to office because I will be on adventure for the weekends. That was my routine, me and my friends go exploring different beaches, places, mountains. This is usually happens every two weeks that time because we have to save money for the trip. What was good back then was we were all single, we have less budget because we share the meals also. I was always looking forward toward Friday that time.
What do you usually of Fridays and weekends?

@jstory07 Friday's and weekends always meant my time. I didn't plan anything special. I've always been a loner, so going out with anyone on Friday was not something I did as a kid. I don't recall ever really making Friday a special day after I was married. Maybe when we were living on Guam. They had hot dog day at the base exchange, and we would go and get our hot dogs and enjoy the exchange/shopping. That's about the only time I can remember doing anything special.

Well, now that I'm working, I mostly just catch up on my hobbies during Friday nights and weekends. Hobbies could include reading, playing computer games, sports, etc. I've never been much of an adventurous type of person and even my friends aren't, haha. But there is something about going on an adventure that somehow intrigues me.

@GopherDanny not really introvert but it is the'in' thing nowadays because of the gadget.
I am one with you in seeing places especially our country, we have very beautiful places to go here. I have not even make it to 1/4 of my list here.

@rakski (Haha) That makes me sound like a total introvert. Yeah, we do have our preferences, but I find staying indoors much more relaxing. But right now, I'm getting inclined to travel one day to different places in our country and throughout the world.

@rakski When I was in my teens I would out at the time that I now go to bed which is around 10 PM. With friends we would go to a pool hall, bowling, to eat at a restaurant, to a dance or to hang out a friend's house.
Any trips to the beach, park, or mountain were usually during the day on Saturday or Sunday.
I got married when I was 20 and life changed somewhat.
