Did you encounter new face today but they are already here a long time ago?

I notice a lot of new faces here since I'm back.
But they are not new here in myLot.
Some are already here 5 years or 7 years. But I never get to encounter them, not until today. I wonder how many are we here in myLot that only a few people I know all I can see.
I encounter 5 today and they are new to me but they are already here a long time ago.
When I check their profile, some of them only have few discussions, some of them they have a lot.
I think it is time to widen my space for people whom I only meet today who are here in myLot a long time ago.

Am I one of those people? 
In my case, one explanation is that I am not here more than I am here. 
I have a bad habit of coming here, staying for a few days, maybe a few weeks at most, then disappearing for months. 
So, now that I'm here, wish me luck. Haha. I don't know how long this 'episode' will last.
