A few messages back, I was complaining about the fact that we might not ever sell this house because our showings had dried up! Well, apparently my lack of patience has come into play and I really need to learn to control them! Received a message last night. We have a second showing tonight between 5:30 and 6:30. If this is the family I am thinking about, this just might be it. They even have family living a few roads over and their kids could go to the same school. They just wanted the privacy that living in a small town wouldn't give to them and our property would be perfect, they told the agent.
