Many questions are asked here when there are issues with myLot. What I notice is there will be responses all giving the same solution perhaps after reading responses of others
. If I see Mr. O ( @owlwings )there I will not take the trouble to respond as he will invariably have a solution.
My advice is if you see Mr. O responding then the question is answered correctly and fully. 
Having said that my further advice is for those who want an answer it is best that they approach Admin.

I just observed that he's not as active as he was in the old Mylot, same with miss dianait whom I also miss here very much

That happens with all of us. When I expect certain users to respond to my discussions they do not see them as they would be buried somewhere.
