This morning in my walk, I was accompanied by the youngest daughter in my foster family. I usually get up at five in the morning and walk out of the house at about 5:15. This morning, Anita was up by then. She is a sweet eight-year-old, very active and talkative. She said," Papa, I want to walk with you." We stepped out of the house, passed through the playground, walked under mango trees. It was a joyful experience. I spoke to her about birds and insects. She pointed at things I had missed. I thanked her and the Lord for this pleasant experience.

Hi Xavier. That is so sweet and wonderful. We really learn a lot from children. They give us fresh new eyes on a lot of things.

It is good to have a child as a companion sometimes. They have such a fresh outlook on life and it makes you see things in a totally different light. I love taking children to circuses or fairs as you seem to have a lot more fun with a child tagging along.
