What's for dinner? June 23

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making grilled skirt steak with chimmichurri (a cilantro/parsley sauce). It is a recipe from the Margaritaville cookbook. To go with it we are going to have homemade mashed potatoes and steamed baby carrots. The mashed potatoes are leftover from the other night so that is less work for me to do tonight. 
It will be a simple but good meal.

Funny that we too had leftover mashed potatoes a few nights ago. We made too much as company didn't make it so we had it to heat up over for a second meal. Sounds like a good book, Margaritaville cookbook. I might look that book up.

It is actually much MUCH better than I thought it would be. I borrowed it from the library because I thought it was going to be a pathetic money grab. It was so much better than I expected and I was raving about it on Facebook. My mom's best friend finally told me not to buy it because she had already bought it for me (because she knows I'm a Parrothead). When I received it on Father's Day, I let my dad look through it and then HE wanted a copy (which I ordered for him). It is REALLY good!

Yay so is it completely a Vegan meal my friend? :) it's night here almost midnight.. been drinking soy milk and that's all for me for this day :)

@saritflor I have vegetarian meals occasionally for dinner but almost never vegan ones. Pretty much never vegan ones.

That sounds delicious. I have my taco pasta in my crockpot and have one more hour left to cook. Chocolate milk and water to drink. I might do ice cream tonight, since mild salsa and hot spices from my taco seasoning mix might do a number on me. I minimized the measurement to be less hot.

It's lunch time here in my country. I had a lunch a while ago.. I had "sinigang na bangus".
