Do you sleep with the light on

My mum taught us to always keep our light off in our rooms while sleeping and unfortunately or fortunately I don't know I'm so use to that now.I keep the light off or else can't sleep comfortable, I hope future partner will understand that he he he.Do you sleep with light on or off?

No I don't. We keep the hallway light on and, if it is just me in the bedroom, I will leave the bedroom door open so some light streams in. That doesn't bother me. When my husband comes to bed, though, he will shut the door and then the room is in complete darkness.

Before I turn the lights off before bedtime. Now, I make sure that there is light when I sleep.

After seeing something scary on TV or hearing something scary on the Radio sometimes I will sleep with the lights on lol.

So do I. I can't sleep with the light on. I heard that sleeping with the light on is not good for eyes.

I usually sleep without light. My husband however can't sleep at all unless there is a fan running.
