Ramsey Firefighters and Police rescue a dog that was stuck on a roof

On Thursday morning in Ramsey Minnesota, a concerned citizen called the authorities to report a spaniel broke through a screen window in the second floor of a two story house on the 7300 block of 147th Terrace. Thanks to the teamwork of both the firefighter who placed a ladder on the edge of a roof, a police officer managed to climb up the ladder while the dog whose gender was not released, was walking around the roof coming close of falling down to the floor below. When the police officer got to the second floor, he managed to grab the spaniel by the collar and take the dog inside. After the spaniel went inside the home, the police officer closed the screen window shut so the dog would not go back outside. It is evident that the owners of the spaniel were at work early in the morning on Thursday when their dog decided to take a stroll on the roof of the home.
