I want to lose some weight

Hello! I noticed that I've been inactive these days as I just lie down immediately right after eating. After that, I'll surf the net, watch some videos, etc. What about you? And I think I have gained some weight :"( Any ideas, tips, and tricks for me? I hope you'll share some - past experiences will also help! Thanks! :)

to success in diet, you will need to work on your diet, it is always 80% diet and 20% exercise. So good thing is that if you are able to focus on the right diet, you will lose weight. I lose 13kgs by adjusting my diet.

@id_peace 30 - 40 kgs??!?!?!? That's amazing! But they say sudden drop in weight is not really healthy. The skin could you know, less tight and everything. Yeah the stretch marks too :"(

I am trying to lose weight too. I started walking one week ago. I am trying to lessen rice especially at dinner time. and hopefully more exercise to come.

Eat fibre foods and drink water..I just Mylot from mobile while doing so I just take few steps..I don't like to sit for long hours

I would love to lose weight as well, I haven't started yet, but drink plenty of water, stay away from soda and walk when you have time or swim, that's a great way to lose weight and have fun at the same time.

Drink water before having food,so that you will have less food. Avoid fatty and sugary food and carbohydrates. Eat more of vegetables.Do exercise regularly. The best exercise is walking.

That is very possible, living a Vegan diet. Another thing that you can do is to make Fruits juices, drink it one or two times a day it will do wonders for you.

Eat less and often. Don't eat in the evening. Avoid bread and sweets. Drink a lot of water.

And, drinking water is truly a must! It has endless benefits. I am glad you're drinking lots of water rather than other beverages such as carbonated drinks :)

I spent one summer counting calories and exercising and lost about 40 pounds. Whatever diet you choose to try, if you are tracking your weight daily, pick a certain time of day to do it. your weight changes throughout the day.

@brokekid0212 I will say it is probably not the easiest route, I remember being hungry quite a bit at first and I had to carefully plan out my meals each day, but it worked well for me.
