MAYBE back on hospice / myLot

I have a couple of weeks left here at the rehab center and then I will have to be placed somewhere that has a bariatric bed like I had before when on hospice. If they can't place me, my family said they would bring me home and put me back on palliative care from hospice. While here I hope to grow enough bone to bear weight on my right hip and leg. Hope I can learn to walk again with a walker. I want to go home. I would have my room and TV. Hope it's not selfish to want to go home.

Its not selfish for you to want to go home, but you do need to voice what you want so they know wwhatyou want

I can't say I want to go home because they want to find a nursing home for me to go to. Going home is the last resort.

@OreoBrownie Yes I know, but I don't see you on there often. Of course I have noticed that Facebook tends to hide many of my friend's activity.

No Charlene is not selfish at all to want to go home. I think that this is what we all want and like. Best wishes to be able to walk and go back home.

Of course it is not selfish to want to be home! We all want that, even when we are on vacations. I do hope you get the right bed for you and are able to walk again.
