When you just want to be away

I've been having 'cabin fever' lately due to prolonged stay at home. I haven't been feeling well either and the rainy weather isn't helping. According to reports, we will be having rains the entire week. Ugh.
I loved week-long rains when I was younger but since i became a busy mom and homemaker, I tend to see rains now as bothersome.
Well i will just have to imagine being away on a beach, the wind blowing through my hair. Perfect weather. Lots of greens and blues around me.

@just4him indeed. The kids and I went out for breakfast and some errands. Felt good to be out.

It's okay, Valerie. I think I'm feeling better now. The kids and i went out yesterday morning for some errands. It drizzled during our walk but we loved it.

Thank you. I was prescribed iron supplements because I seem to be showing signs of anemia. Rains have stopped. And I'm slowly regaining my energy.

Oh i do love an occasional shower. But being cooped up for days and unable to run errands seem to take a toll on my system.

So much rain is really bothersome especially when it gets flooded but little rain would be so pleasing when it brings cool breeze.
