Ants crawling on Laptop

I've noticed for five days now that there's been a few little red crawlers having a stroll on my Laptop's monitor. I keep getting rid of it and then later I noticed it in the table.
I remember one of the mylotters who told me that his computer got screwed when ants started swarming it. And the reason was left over crumbs, he was having dinner on his computer table before.
Unfortunately, I've been a little guilty of that lately too. I decided to stop it but they still pay a visit.

@rachael5760 I guess they already settled in your home. You put some sweets on the floor and observe where the ants go to find their nest and destroy them. Or put some Pepper everywhere in the room. Ants don't come when they smell pepper.

for me, i will eat far away from the desktop and yes, some small red ants do pay a visit in the keyboard

Yes, that is what I am doing now. I always clean my laptop though and check if there is food inserted on it as I love eating too while I am on my laptop.

I remember years a go I discovered an ant colony inside my pc. They love it there because it is warm and they go there because it is about to rain. I do not snack in front of my computer. I spray my room before going to work so ants and other bugs on my room will die,
