This song needs to be sung considering Argentina got themselves saved by the skin of their teeth in the World Cup Football. r Evita was the play that had this theme song. Sharon Pabhakar did a great job in this play here in India. It was worth every rupee we spent watching this play years ago .
Sharon Prabhakar, much loved for her role as Eva Peron in the musical EVITA, revives the magic she created years ago with this stunning rendition of Don't Cr...

I had watched the real-life story of Evita. Madonna was the one who took the leading character at that time.

There was a play here directed by a competent director and it was really worth watching.

This is a beautiful song. Argentina has so many problems, the football match would have been only one more.

@allknowing I wonder how much they pay their players, while the country has no money. They are not as bad as Venezuela but close behind.

They did have a narrow win there, we were so surprised when they were defeated in the earlier game. I sing this song around the house occasionally but since I don't know the words, not very often.

@allknowing But if I were to know all the words, it could happen that I decide that I don't like the song. But, don't cry for me Always-smiling, I know a lot of other songs....

Her story will on forever in their hearts and I only watched a bit of it as they were only interested in bringing out Maradona and what he was doing instead of the Game itself that is Spain for you indeed it is.
