My night has sucked the only thing good about it was dinner . Been having hot flashes all day on and off and it has been driving me crazy. Went to the bar down the road from our house for a drink and the drink I had a vodka and cranberry only made them worse. The bartender lady said it does her as well. Here is a picture of my dinner it is green beans with onions and a coconut milk sauce it is really good. I hope your night was good.

I love coconut milk, it goes well with all kind of vegetable. I simmer every veggie in existence to it. leafy greens like spinach also works well with it.

Sounds good something we get at our favorite Chinese restaurant is cooked in coconut milk it is so good

@Tina30219 Something you can try at home... Simmer veggie of your choice in coconut milk with shrimp or pork.
