Day two of not smoking and I am stronger.

I posted here some days ago seeking help on the best method to quit smoking. Well, the day before yesterday I decided enough was enough. I threw away my smoking paraphernalia and decided never to touch a cigarette again.
Yesterday was bad without a cigarette in my mouth. I had shaky hands and my concentration levels went a bit low but I stayed strong.
Today I feel like I have a sore throat and my voice is fading. I know I will suffer but I am never smoking again friends.

When I quit, I was smoking for 15 years. I quit cold turkey in 1994 and never went back to it.
