I won't leave all my benefits to find a new job if I'm satisfied with my current job. How do you feel about leaving all your benefits to find a new job?

I think it depends on the situation. I once left a good job. I liked working there and I was happy with my salary, but it wasn't close to my home. I left that job and found a job in my own town.

It reminds me that I have left a job which is far away from my home too, I have to catch the first bus to my company when I have that job, so I get up at 6:00 everyday, I would rather have a new job

@RodrickH That sounds like my situation. I liked the job, but I had to get up really early every day. It was nice to find a job in my own town.

Really it's a risk to resign a job and find out another one. And in your situation you were far from your hometown and and you made a good decision.

I did that years ago. Quit a job without even having a new one. Will try to never do that again, it was very hard. I don't mind changing jobs, but will have to have at least health insurance hopefully if I ever leave my job now.

I agree, quit a job without having a new one may not be a good idea, I can imagine how hard it was, so better finding a new job before making the decision to quit

It's quite risky to leave a job for new job. Once you get a better job only you should leave your current job. Especially nowadays the job market is so tight and it's hard to get a job...

It is risky and it seems many things are unknown. So if there is no a guarantee, I will not leave my current job to find a new one.
