Who doesnt love free stuff? My sister found a person on Facebook in one of the buy/sell groups who was giving away about 2 dozen paperback books for free! I sometimes see these posts but never actually respond quick enough to get dibs. I think no matter how much money I will make, I will always love free stuff. Its in my blood. Anyway, I am excited to tackle these books. They all look newer and are all paperback, some titles and authors I recognize. Some of the books include: Black Dog of Fate - Peter Balakian Snow - Orhan Pamuk Myth of You and Me - Leah Stewart Through Painted Deserts - Donald Miller Untouchable - Scott Oconnir The Pact - Jodi Picoult Strength in What Remains - Tracy Kidder Among many others (as pictured). Have you read any of these? Or have you gotten any good deals or freebies lately?

My sister and mother went to huge town wide yard sale and brought me home a bunch of free clothes. I love free things and donate things myself often. I love Jodi Picoult so that is awesome you found The Pact for free!

I am going to the thrift shop tomorrow. I"ll be bringing my trade vouchers with me and using those to get a few things. I'll be selling the DVDs first so that I can get another voucher. I've looked in there shop recently and there are a lot of good deals for books. I think the best deal I've ever gotten was $1.00 paperback from the library.
