Soccer and the World Cup disrupts life in my country.

Right now, in my country, there are only some hours when you can make phone calls. The rest of the time you are interrupting the game. Not that I would do it: I, too, was watching the game. I just finished watching the game between Uruguay and Portugal. Uruguay and France are already for the finals. Tomorrow there will not be anyone in the streets here for some time. Does soccer (football for us) mean a change for you and where you live?

There are a lot of football fans in our country. But I'm not interested in football, and I'm not a football fan. So football game in the world doesn't affect me.

In my country, as in many countries in South America, the world stops when the games are on.

I can understand. Decades ago, we had a fighter who inspired the same feelings.

I didn't watch the game between Uruguay and Portugal as it was quite late here. I watched the goals next day and it is excellent. The game before that is between Argentina and France and I watched it. It was an exciting game and the scores are a lot for soccer

I have the TV on for the match between Brazil and Mexico. I would want them both to win.

Not at all here in Switzerland, there are men who follow the matches, but mainly only if Switzerland plays.

There are countries that are more interested in football than in other games.
