Yesterday (Friday) shortly before I was to go to my home fellowship meeting the darkest cloud gathered and begin to build up til it was as dark as night and the rain begin. to pour down and the wind was blowing so fierce that it was almot like a hurricane. It was so bad that my friend couldn't see to drive and called me to ay we would have to wait the storm out before going. Well after about fifteen minutes and some praying the storm cleared out and it cleared up and after my friend picked me up there was a perfectly arch rainbow which was in front of us guiding us so to speak almost all the way to meeting which is about 30 miles from my house and I believe if the sun hadn't just about set before we got there we would have had the rainbow the whole way though that area didn't get the storm. I gave God thanks the whole way for keeping us safe and providing the rainbow for the trip

God not only kept you safe but gave you a rainbow for your trip.

That is amazing! Those Florida rainstorms are so different from anywhere else. We once stopped on I-95. No one could see the car in front of them. And those Florida rainbows can take your breath away. So glad you got there safely.

I really enjoyed reading your post! You can just imagine how Noah must have felt when he saw the first rainbow and God explained why he created it.

A rainbow is such a miraculous thing isn't it, the sign of God's covenant with mankind and beautiful to boot!! Glad the storm stopped and you got to go to fellowship.

That rainbow is an awesome reminder of God's promise of protection over us.

Although I'm an atheist I believe in the power of prayer. But if I were to go out and notice there is a good chance of rain, I'll rely more on an umbrella or rain coat. That said, I am always in awe at the beauty of nature. Surely there must be a creator.
