First Daily Goal Achieved!

It's been a good day for me. Recently I downloaded the "Carrot" app (Canadians only) on my new iPhone. This app allows me to earn points and get paid for achieving step goals. During the first week it measured my walking to see how many steps I average in a day, and it has me at 2,500. That sounds about right. i walk around a mile a day. Now after my "averaging" week, it has me at a 2,500 daily goal, which I achieved today, with 8 steps over. Not bad!!! So I get 20 points I'm happy because I'm collecting various kinds of points to redeem for Amazon cards, and buy some new furniture. Yay!
Have you recently achieved any goals? Big or little, anything that helps you in your life is important. Happy Canada Day, tomorrow.

What does the Carrot App have against Americans?
No, no I have a Canadaian friend on facebook and she is forever posting about the carrot app on facebook. I wish they'd have something like that for us here in the US.
Amazon are good cards to stock up on.

I wish they did too. I didn't even know it wasn't available to Americans until I tried to refer a friend, and she discovered it. Unfortunately there is a lot of great American stuff that is not available to Canadians, o now (I hate to say it) the shoe is on the other foot, and you know how we feel most of the time. LOL
If your friend is big into carrot, please tell her to friend me on FB. I'm danishcanadian over there too, and my first name is Leah. We can swap info, and join challenges. I'm looking for other people who use "Carrot." I think we can earn more, by having more friends working together, or something like that.

Yeah, yeah I know we have a lot of things that you guys or even the UK doesn't. Especially when it comes to sites you can earn from.

Thank you. I am trying to walk a bit more, and if they are going to pay me, why not? LOL It's amazing the neat ways we can make a buck nowadays.
