Working Alone vs. working with others

Which do you prefer, working alone or working with a team?
I love working with people especially if I am with a group of enthusiastic, positive and creative people. Work becomes easier when being shared with others who share the same principles with you.
At times I also prefer working alone because that is when I feel more productive and creative. I consider myself imaginative enough when giving my own time and space to work. It helps me produce better results.

If I know someone that comes up with a great idea I like I do not mind working with them. Otherwise I like to work alone.

It depends, if I got a good team, I prefer to work with them, otherwise, I'll go with my own

It depends also for me. I sometimes like to work alone, and sometimes i like to work with others.

Some jobs require team effort while others are more efficiently done alone. Personally I prefer working alone. It might be slow but the work will get done eventually. I'm also a pragmatist and I won't hesitate to ask for help if it is necessary and practical.
