Sleep paralysis happens when your brain is already active while your body isn't yet.

Sleep paralysis is a symptom of narcolepsy and various other sleep disorders. A lot of people think that narcolepsy means falling asleep at often inappropriate times, but that is not always the case. I would talk to a doctor about this and see what they suggest.
You definitely need to make sure you get adequate sleep. Sometimes, people with SP are afraid to sleep so they try to stay awake for as long as possible. That's a huge mistake and will make the problem worse. How to sleep when you're seeing "evil scary demons"? First off they aren't demons. They are your imagination at work. You are not being put under a spell by these "evil demons", rather your brain is releasing chemicals to protect your body. Instead of being afraid of these creatures, get mad. Get yourself pumped up to whoop some evil demon butt and go for it. The fear will definitely subside

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site!
The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself.
Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction.
Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky.
