Grateful for My Siblings

I am very thankful for my brothers and sisters. I have 5 sisters and 4 brothers. We are all 10 and I am the 9th child. They were my first friends and the first people who love me, nurtured me, played with me, who taught me a lot of things, supported me and the ones who carried me on their arms when our parents were not around. Being the youngest girl in the family, I was treated like a precious jewel and I feel blessed for having my brothers and sisters in my life. They were the one who protected me from anything. Though we do have a lot of differences and we argue a lot when we grow old, our ties will never be broken because we belong to one family. I will be forever thankful having them in my life for they are a part of my existence and what I have become right now.

I wish that you will be forever like this. Sometimes a bad marriage or external events change your siblings and it's very sad.

@rakski Yes it is but then sometimes it is not also good whenever they become too protective since it makes you feel weak.

I have no brothers or sisters. I have two step-brothers and one step-sister, but I don't stay in touch with them.

I am not surprised if you are not close to them. Isn't difficult that you don't have siblings?

Sometimes I feel like a Princess whenever some of my Brothers take care of me. Like they will do whatever I want and what I need. But sometimes they have this mood swing and you can't even talk to them instead will have a heated argument.

That is normal and I believe it happens to every family and among or between siblings.

@cherigucchi Every family goes through misunderstandings and arguments. They're the spices that keep the bond stronger.
