There are people who ask the thoughts or opinion of other people just for the sake of asking others opinion and not really to know or understand the opinion of others. It is really useless or pointless to ask the opinion of other people if in the end you want your thoughts to prevail or you want to insist what you want to hear from other people. Such situation is not a conversation or dialogue. I wonder why there are people who are "intellectually" arrogant? Picture credit: rare-thoughts.com

Actually they think that they are any smart but actually it is not. They just want to point others down as if letting down others would make them superior which is again not true. They also have a jealous side which they don't want to show but they actually are. They feel something different and show something else, try to get attention from others. They are actually the ones who know all the tantrums..

There's a term for them on the internet, they're called "sea lions" from an episode of a web comic where a character says they don't like sea lions and a sea lion pops up and repeatedly demands an explanation. They don't want to understand or find resolution, they just want to waste time and harass people for having a different opinion or drag them into issues and situations they don't want to be in.
