Harley's new favorite game.

We have an abundance of lizards living in the yard, several different kinds. Although Harley has decided that the ones she likes to chase the best are the ones referred to as "racing" lizards. They are called this because of well the speed at which they run away. And let me tell you they deserve the name, they are quick little guys. Anyway there are several trees in the side yard that seem to be where these little guys hang out, and every time Harley goes out, she runs over to see if there are any she can chase. She has also chased them in between the trees, and yesterday managed to get one up the tree.

Make sure she doesn't eat any of them. Dogs can get parvo from them. I happen to know of a beautiful husky that had to be put down for that reason..It was heartbreaking. It honestly was. It wasn't my dog..but I knew him.

@snowy22315 probably a toad. lizards aren't as bad for them. and Harleys dog dad eats them all the time, and hes just built up an immunity to them, but hes also an outside dog and has been his whole life.

I am trying to teaching to the cat of my neighbors not to chase the lizards. I have already saved a few.

@thislittlepennyearns The lizards hide quickly, most of the time the cat is not fast enough.

It keeps her busy. Hopefully they are not poisonous if she does catch one.
