Easiest Way to reduce fat belly

I have recently gained some fat belly tummy . It looks very bad esp when its summer and you want to wear fitting tops. Tummy pops out of nowhere LOL. I dont do exercise because I dont have time. But I do walk about 20-25 minutes morning and another 20-25 minutes at evening. My problem doesnt seems to go away. Isnt there any other way to reduce fat belly . I dont like to intake medicines such as slim pills and other, coz it may have side effects. Has anyone have an experience of losing the weight recently? or anytime? What are the most effective way to lose the fat belly. Thank you

For me crunches are the best exercise to get rid of belly fat. Side crunch, twist crunch , reverse crunch and etc..

Hm. Yes crunches directly affect the belly region. Can you be more specify how often to crunch per day or how many round for session?

@joshianuj it's better if you watch exercises videos on YouTube. I don't vdo crunches coz I am not that fat.. I jog and walk or I use threadmill

Squats are helpful. Even for 5 minutes daily can reduce belly fat in a month

Hm.. But I dont have anything like heavy thing to lift up for squats.. Will it be okay, If i just squat without anything. _?

@joshianuj You can take water bottles filled with water.. It will be 1+1 kg... To increase weight, you can fill the bottles with sand in it..

4 Workouts - 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and 10 km run every single day! (haha) I'm kidding. Usually, just some basic cardio can reduce belly fats along with abs workout. I recommend planking, though. Just planking for 1 minutes in different intervals can help in losing some fats.

I have lose some weight a month ago and to maintain it and to make my jiggling body parts toned a do planks. When I go online I do it on my bed and I plank while browsing the net and while typkng right now here on mylot.

I do planks, walk and a few other exercises and I also make smoothies and add 1 Tbls red cider vinegar to it.

Exercise , Exercise and only exercise with restricted diet comprising less of Carbohydrates is the only answer for it! Remember belly fat is first to come and last to go !
