What fun it can be to reminisce

Gracie is losing the fight, Spunky had her by the throat ... I took this with a 35mm Nikon in the early 1990s

Oh yes, it really can be fun then I start thinking about those days and missing it. I suppose it's part of getting older. I found the above shots on one of my seagates where I'd stored some of my old 35mm shots after they were converted to CDs, as you can see Spunky, my Maine Coon, and Gracie, my Golden Retriever, were playing and Spunky was winning. He never actually hurt Gracie but it was always fun to watch those two. I took this shot in the early 1990s with my 35mm Nikon. Do your cats and dogs play like this?

I only have a dog at this point. A few years ago I got a dog and a cat from the Humane Society that had been raised together. They were so funny with their little fighting games. I sure do miss them.

They look as if they are having fun. Sandy does not like cats and I am not sure I could get her to play with one without hurting it.

don't know why but all our Seagate hard drives here took turns dying on us after their warranties just expired. I lost plenty of photos.

I know what you mean. A lot of my photos are of my pets who have passed on and although it makes me sad that I have lost them it also makes me happy that I had those years with them and then all I want to do is share the memory.

Yes, I like being upside down too. Dogs just do it right. How anyone hates them is beyond me. Might say something about you, not them.

sometimes when it's that hot just laying down and napping is the only thing you can do ..... I freeze bottles of water than when it's hot I use the frozen bottles to cool down my neck and shoulders and of course that melts the ice and I have cold water to drink.

Thank you. I think the reason these two got along so well was because I introduced Spunky, the kitty, when he was just a baby. Gracie, the dog, mothered him.

That's a great shot of them. I never saw Sheba and Aslan playing with each other, but it was obvious they loved each other.
