I Got Lost In Life

Oh my goodness..... Life has a way of distracting you with so many pleasantries that sometimes you get lost in the whirlwind. It has been quite some time since I have posted here. There have been many changes in my life and soon, my fiance and I will be back on the road living full time in a van. Yes, We have found our home on wheels! A 1995 Chevy G20 Explorer. We plan to hit the road beginning of September after being stranded in Maine without transportation after our last van made it here and decided to make this her resting place. We are so excited to get back on the road again and share our adventures. Our first destination is actually Mississippi where I am from. My middle Son is getting married on September 29th. After the wedding we plan to make our way out west, eventually landing in Arizona for the winter. Life is an adventure and we will literally be living an adventure.
I will try to do better about getting on here and posting updates and catching up with many of the great members here. I have also been spending a lot of time painting and selling my art. So I've been pretty busy but loving life. Talk to you all soon!

Glad you got a good replacement van. I don't blame your old one, Maine is a beautiful place! I, too, have been away for awhile but only a few weeks, lost in family drama that never seems to end. But that's what keeps life interesting, I guess!
I just went to take a look at your creations and they are beautiful! I especially like your abstract art. Maine looks a lot like Ohio where I'm from--I've been stuck in the desert for 33 years and those photos are like a drink of water to a parched throat! I'm also surprised how affordable a canvas or a print is. I will keep you in mind next time I need a unique gift!

Wow! I am thrilled with your adventurous plans dear friend! i hope you will make some good money with your paintings before your son's marriage, after which you people are planning to move to Mississippi on your home on Wheels! All the best dear friend!

Thank you! It is possible to live this lifestyle. There are even families with kids living this way and they just homeschool their kids.:-)
