Do you sometimes worry that the CLOUD is not that good to put your filers in? What if it rains? This is a metaphor for what if ... What if some other user got hold of your files while stored on or in THE CLOUD? Ever think about that? Well do ya? Yes, and that is why I don't store my files on some remote main frame database. If you do it, it's your gamble. Here is a link to a relevant article It can seem contradictory. Yes indeed, there are good and bad reasons to store on the cloud. Business and Common Sense and practicality and even personal reasons to use it or not use it is the main question of the day. https://www.nasuni.com/5-reasons-you-should-not-use-cloud-storage/

The cloud for storing purchased movies and music are a good thing for those who use tablets & cell phones while traveling on a plane or a ship to give them something to play streaming music and movie entertainment. Most of the apps I download to my tablet can be removed from my device to save on space then re-downloaded again from the cloud.

I think it is better to encrypt your data before storing on the cloud such that no unauthorised access happens...... the metaphor is quite funny btw.
