Are You a Dog or Cat person?

There are times that I feel sad, and lonely but I find some comfort through our dog. He might not understand me verbally, but I know he feels my sadness through my actions. I shared this to my friends and found out that they have experienced the same but with another pet / cute creature - cats.
Both are cute and cuddly but how about you? Are you a Dog Person or A Cat person?

@brokekid0212 we have allergies. And also I do not think I can take care of one more. I might try to get one when my kids are older.

@brokekid0212 I like them for being evil. Dogs see humans as family because in the wild they wolves lives on packs.
Cats...according to animal psychologists....See humans as their property and slaves....

I love them both but recently I'm more of a dog person. They love you more and protect your home.

@brokekid0212 Yes, as a dog attacked me as a child leaving me scarred for life. Yes, as the constant barking has caused a lifetime of lost sleep. Yes, as their urine and defecation is helping destroy the environment. Yes, dogs dug under the fence and killed my pet turtle. That's just for starters "how cute" dogs are.

I'm actually a dog person, but ever since I lost my dogs I never had any pets for 7 years. Until a stray cat came and he always sleeps in front of our door. I started to feed him and then I loved him. Right now I'm not just a dog person but a cat person as well.
