Back from the gym

On this warm Monday afternoon, it was another glorious day to walk to the gym for Pilates class. Our class was small as usual. The prop du jour was the small medicine balls for our session.
Here's what we did in class in no particular order on the mat:
1 100 Cycle (on the back)
6 Peel-Ups
2 Pretzel Crunches (1x/side)
4 Banana Body Rolls (2x/side) and 4 Banana Body Rolls with Arm and Leg Lifts (2x/side)
6 Double Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side)
2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 4 Planks and 2 Kneeling Planks (1x/side)
2 Sidekick Series with Mermaid Stretches (1x/side)
6 Arm-Leg Poses and 6 Knee Peel-Ups (3x/side for both)
4 Child's Poses and 12 Crescent Moon Lounges (6x/side for both left and right side)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side)
I think that's about it before we finished class. I finished reading my book for review. And I'll send it out after super for Upwork.
