Thoughts For Today

First and Foremost, I probably shouldn't be making a discussion before I get to all of my back notifications. Secondary, I probably won't get to all of them. I cried on my Birthday. You know the song, it's my party and I'll cry if I want to, cry if I want to, cry if I want to? Well I didn't cry because it happened to me. I can't recall a time when I didn't get emotional on my birthday, and not always a good kind of emotional either. This time wasnt' a good type of emotional. I was at a friend's and I slipped away to the bathroom to cry as quietly as I could. Being sensitive can really be annoying at times. I need to start laundry. I don't have much that needs to be done today. Loading some dishes into the washer, starting some laundry and doing a perfunctory spray of the shower stall. I am going to get rid of more dvd's tomorrow so I need to get plenty of them ready tonight. I also plan to get rid of two books. I am certain they will take them but I doubt I will get much from them. I also need to remember my store credit vouchers. I've started to try out textbroker. That site, man. Those articles are harder to write than expected and I feel like the clients could elaborate more on what is expected of their writers. I am not sure whether mine will be accepted, I feel as if I went into too much detail than was necessary. I also feel as if the information they needed could have been provided in 300 words and not 500. Anyone who has used the site and could offer me advice? Also, I finished "Annie's Song." yesterday. All I can say is that it was a good book though may not be received as such depending on how you feel on some aspects. I've read a review of the book that was highly biased because of the career the reader was in.

Textbroker takes awhile to get the hang of. What star rating are you at? I haven't checked in on there today but need to. Find a couple of requesters that you like and write for them.

They gave me star level three. Thank You, some of the categories these articles are listed under make no sense for what they ask for in the article. I've got to get the hang of it, but I think I'll try for short articles for awhile.

I have written for Textbroker in the past but it has been awhile. It used to be pretty easy but I have heard that the articles need to be written different from the way I did.

They really only give you a keyword and length of paragraph. They say you can "reference" a link and provide it but there are two different definitions to the term "reference." One being that you post the link within the article and the other being that you use the link to format your own article.

@ScribbledAdNauseum That is so different from the way I used to do. I don't think I want to mess with that at all.

@velvet53 I was mistaken when I was telling you that before. Okay, well maybe not completely mistaken. There are some that are like that but others that are much easier. I did a couple articles for a client who gave you questions that they wanted answered in the article and the pages they did NOT want you to visit. The rest was up to you provided you answered the questions and used the keyword they asked you to use a certain amount of times. I've made $17.00 already and that's just within three days work.

Text Broker is confusing. I have tried it, but was never able to get anything accepted and lately when I have ever checked the site out there was really anything in there that interested me, or knew enough about. I wish they could make it easier.

I agree, that would be really nice. I had to try to ask for assistance on something, but when I went to ask an error message popped up. I had something sent back to me already and that's what I needed clarification on. We shall see. I sent my W9 in the mail today for them. I'm hoping I can make the most of it.

I'm sorry you cried on your birthday. Being emotional isn't a bad thing. I'm as sensitive as they come, and I get emotional over little things. There's another member here who writes for Textbroker. @tammys85. She might be able to give you tips on the site. Good luck with it. I signed up for it and looked over their offers, but couldn't find anything I could write about with any amount of expertise on the subject.

I'm a double Cancerian. I don't remember the details of it but my moon or sun is in cancer as well as being born under cancer and so it really plays with my emotions. If I upset someone, even if I apologize and they accept it, I'll blame myself or be upset with myself for a long time. That's why I went to the bathroom to cry, I had upset someone and it really upset me. I don't like to let people see me cry and so I've somewhat perfected "nonchalance" until I can go somewhere private and have a good cry about it. Ah, yes I do remember Tammy though I am not sure I see them on here a lot. I know @GardenGerty uses the site as well. A lot of the articles I see are all "factory" type. By that I mean that they want them written for the best SEO. I maybe wrong though.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I haven't checked the site out in a couple years, so I don't know the kinds of articles it's offering anymore. Tammy is here a couple days a week. She might be here today. I don't know what my moon sign is, but I'm also a cancer, on the cusp with Leo. I don't pay attention to the horoscope. I don't need to be governed by the heavenly bodies, who can do nothing for me anyway.

@just4him I'll see if I can find her and message her. if I'm not mistaken, she used to make pretty good money using the site. My grandfather used to do horoscopes for a little extra money. He has always said that it's fun to look at but it's not meant to govern us. We are who we are and astrology doesn't change that.

Since I had my kids I easily get teary eyes over small nice gestures of other people to others or to me. And also while watching drama movies and all that.

I have always been this way. I was such a sensitive child that my cousins and sibilings began to resent me because they would get in trouble for making me cry.

I am sorry that you cried on your birthday. Happy belated birthday too. I hope Textbroker works well for you. I don't do that site. Good luck.

Thank You, Thank, You and Thank You. I hope the site works for me too but we shall see. I don't know why, but I always seem to get emotional on my birthday, even if that doesn't necessarily mean crying.

@morgoodie Definitely so. I'm a worry wort and I know others in my family are as well, but I've often wondered if it's somewhat of an inherited trait.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I understand. Some days are filled with more emotion than others.
