I have seen people who we obsessed with cleaning. All they do the whole day long is to keep dusting and mopping around. I like to keep my surroundings clean, but I'm definitely not an freak. Moreover, I don't like people who are addicted to cleaning.

I am one such freak. But with conscious attempt, I have helped myself from becoming an OCD patient
But still I keep and try to stick to my weekly cleaning routine to keep my surroundings clean.

" Too clean " is not very good it would reduce our body's natural defense and immunity to fight diseases. We are naturally exposed to germs and pathogens on a daily basis.

I used to be. I always want our bedroom clean so on Sunday afternoon, I always would clean it. But not anymore since our daughter told me to take it easy now as I am not getting younger anymore. So, I sweep the floor and mop it quickly, change the beddings and wipe with a wet cloth the dust from the furniture. I take a bath after I have rested for 15 minutes and relax for the rest of the afternoon with hubby, in our bedroom.
