Yes, I made it! It was my first time making leche flan and wasn't bad at all. It was really yummy per hubby and kids
.
Just a bit dark on the other side coz I haven't shake the pan well to make it fair.
So, I hope my second try will be more yummy and perfect compared to this one.

we have a "manong" who drops by every month or so to sell his leche flan. it's not very sweet, creamy texture, and cost 70 pesos. sometimes i buy, sometimes i pass. congats on your first effort!

It’s different from pan cake. Ingredients are egg yolks, milk and sugar.

Dessert made up of two main ingredients egg yolk and milk(condensed milk and evaporated milk) or a steamed custard topped with a syrupy caramel.

@eliza_godinez12 OK, we call it caramel custard.
Caramelize the sugar, then put in the mixture in the container and bake or steam.

@leny34 yes, you can make it just easy..
Its eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar. All you have to do is just get the egg yolks set aside then mix with evaporated milk and condensed milk.
You can also watch videos on YouTube if you like to have clear guide on how to make it
