Hello everyone. Greetings from a gorgeous day here at the Jersey Shore. It is 83 degrees F and sunny. Totally delightful. This is the first time I've had a chance to sit down at the computer today. I woke up and went to the gym today. It was a leg day. We did 5 sets of barbell squats alternated with 5 sets of 10 sandbag-loaded reverse lunges on each leg. Then we did a 9 minute finisher that involved kettlebell swings, pushups, and squat jumps. I'm already even more sore than I already was from Tuesday's leg day. On my way to the gym my mother texted me to see if she could come over to paint. I said sure but I wouldn't be home until 11. She met me here at 11. . . which meant no time to even make breakfast. We spent 3+ hours cleaning and painting the heater covers and the door in the front room. She just left so now I need to find something to eat and get a shower. What's everyone else been up to today?
