My setup box remote is not working

From last 2 days my setup box remote is not working. Due to that i am watching all my football and cricket matches on SonyLiv app ( the app which is broadcasting matches online in india). I am using this app on mobile and casted the video to TV, but it is 5 min delayed video. But in break time i am not able to change anything as setup box is not working. Do you know any ways which will help me in current situation...

I ordered new remote online but it will take 7 days and by that time i need to use sonyliv app only for all matches

You can download universal remote app from playstore on phone..it might solve your problems

Yeah i triee multiple apps but nothing worked. It could be due to my phone doesn't support IR technology.

@banksim, but because of this, I am struggling. Yesterday I told my team mate to bring one remote. Hopefully he will bought and bring it today.

Yeah, i already bought one online but that will take 7 days. But till that time whay i can try
