Awhile ago my daughter bought an air fryer. I got some mixed feelings here from those who either love it or hate it. Tonight we made the sausage in the air fryer and after 30 minutes the sausages were done to perfection. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I just sauteed the peppers and onions on the stove top and we had our dinner over rice. We've already made a few things in the air fryer but I have to say the sausages were a big thumbs up.

I wouldn't mind having an air fryer. I hear good things about them. Good to know you can cook sausages in them. I love sausage and onions.

I am glad that the sausages came out perfect. It is a very long time I do not buy sausages, we do not eat pork and there are not many good sausage alternatives.

I didn't even knew what an air fryer is

. Did a little research and it seems it's way healthier to use one for cooking than a regular... fryer
