Did You Ever Have a Day of Great Timing and Synchronicity?

Have you ever had one of those days, when everything seemed to fall into place. Positive coincidences happened, and things seemed to have 'synced' (if you will) in your favor? What are your thoughts about such cool days, as well as coincidences, great timing, and synchronicity in general?
