What a wonderful morning at the lake-------------

we were up early this morning.After breakfast we headed off to the lake.
It is only an hour drive here.This state park has the largest fresh water swimming beach
the weather was almost purrrrrfect.
We were the first one there.Had our choices.
The photo is where we hang out most of the morning.
They have wonderful hiking trail.snack bar,volley balls,etc.
A great morning.Now I am pooped.The sun takes a lot out of me.
Did you get out and enjoy the wonderful weather.
The heat is back.AC on.
Pizza tonight.

I was out shopping and running errands earlier. We have a lake beach 30 minutes away. Looking at the photo above, makes me want to visit our lake soon.

So glad you enjoyed your time at the lake. That is a serene and beautiful lake. It looks similar to the one at my grandson’s lake at his camp in New Hampshire. The sun and fresh air always knock me out, too. I still need to remain home, but walked Doodles with our cleaning lady - twice!

This sounds like a lovely morning indeed. We went out for a walk with our son and a little shopping, nothing much. Maybe too hot, but the sky got cloudy after a while, so we could really enjoy our walk. We'll get out again in the evening, hopefully it won't rain
