Long distance commuters by road can avail of the facility available at Dhabas specially on High Ways where one gets delectable food. We once had that experience and we spotted a Dhaba that was specialised in chapatis. We were curious and were pleasantly surprised that one could get many varieties of chapatis . The stuff was made to order and so it took a bit of time, We ordered for masala chapatis and they were delicious. These Dhabas are usually run by Punjabis.
How far can you think of the Indian chapati or the flat bread? Here are some of the Indian Chapatis and the places you can grab them from.

It is a ritual dad and me follow. Every birthday, we go to a dhaba here, and eat alu ka paratha (flat bread with potato stuffing). Delicious. I thank god for Punjabis.

@allknowing I had it as an appetizer! It was very tasty and they called it road food in the definition as well as mentioned Punjabis. Thank goodness you mentioned it first or I may not have had it. lol
