YAY! Thunder.

The clouds have grown increasingly darker over the last thirty minutes or so, and now it has started thundering. So to me that's a good sign that maybe the rain won't be too far behind.
I actually don't mind the thunder either. Although at work it's a little creepy because of our building, but at home it's not too bad. Unless things get too crazy.
So here's to hoping that the rain comes, and overall it doesn't get too bad.

I have no idea how the weather is outside as I am snug in with two fans blowing on me. It does look to be a pretty day from what I can see out my window.

@thislittlepennyearns My phone claims it's about 88 degrees. That's not too bad considering it's been around 5 degrees warmer than that lately.
I love a grey sky, I think they are prettier than the blue skies.

I love that song.
ITs plenty windy out there right now. I am looking out the window right now. Its pretty gray, but no rain yet. it is still 95 degrees outside.

@thislittlepennyearns tropical storms are nothing. We get those and the equivalent—nor’easters during the fall. Even a Cat 1 isn’t much in my opinion. Sandy was a catastrophe due to special circumstances. I won’t bore you with them but you can look them up if you want. The storm made landfall here where I live and demolished the area. It was awful.

I have yet to see a hurricane first hand. All the ones that we have had since I moved here have been tropical storms by the time they hit us.
