~Swimming & The Rain~

Hey everyone, I hope you are doing well today. =) Things are good here! Last night was a little rough with only 3 hours of sleep for me but it's okay. I will go to bed early tonight. Grateful God gave me another day to share His love. 
The kids and I went to the pool earlier for about half an hour. Then the clouds starting rolling in and the thunder started so we got out. We were inside for about 10 minutes and it started pouring so we definitely came in at the right time. 
We came in, ate lunch and have been relaxing most of the day since. I spent some time listening to sermons and worship music while the kids played together. Julian LOVES hide and seek so they all played and had fun with it. Lunch was different than usual and amazing, I made turkey sandwiches and a salad on the side. Of course the kids opted for kid food instead. Lol.
How has your day been?

@LovingMyBabies Where she is at in PoncedeLeon is about 80 miles from here and closer to Alabama state line than the Gulf of Mexico probably about half way between us. Where I am is about 5 miles to the Gulf amd then 8 miles to Alabama's West state line and 0 plus to the north state line of Alabama

My day has been ok got a walk in and now I will be getting ready to heat dinner up soon. Never good to be in the water when it is thunder and lightening out good thing they got out and you made it inside before it started pouring down rain.

This whole week, we have been getting our daily thunderstorms super early in the day. It's just been weird having thunderstorms hit us at 10:00 in the morning. I'm used to our storms being in the late afternoon!
I'm glad to hear that you got out of the pool and safely back inside your house before the torrential rains started!

That is adorable! My youngest loves hide and seek but she still stands there and puts her hands over her eyes and considers that "hiding". If shes not doing that, she watches where a kid went, stands by them pointing at them, while calling out the other kids like "insert seekers name, come here!"

LOL that is too funny!! I remember when Julian used to do the same thing. When he counts he only gets to 3, so he counts to 3 over and over again.

@LovingMyBabies lol! she doesn't even try to count. She copies her big sister (my 5 year old) in holding her hands over her eyes with her fingers spread and I can get to maybe 5 before she's running after them to find them!
@Marty1 She is! she definitely knows shes a baby and can get away with most things! That's her "guilty" face of taking finger fulls of frosting off the cake she's been told no quite a few times to!
