On my walk home from the chiropractor, I saw a couple of garage sale signs, and one estate sale sign. The estate sale was on my route home, so I stopped.
I didn't really have much business spending money, but I wanted to look. On the way in (it was inside the house) a lady at a table said, "The whole house is for sale."
I am pretty sure that I went into every room. I think the only things that were not for sale were kitchen appliances like the refrigerator and stove. Whoever's house it was, they had a lot of collectibles. This included a lot of bears, which I was very tempted by, but I'm trying to downsize, so thanking the Lord for self-control.
I felt like I couldn't leave with nothing, so I got this little chair for a friend of my Mom's that collects doll house furniture and things like that.
Have you been to any good garage/yard/estate sales, lately?

I have never been to an estate sale. I've been thinking of having a yard sale though, since I have so much clutter and should probably get rid of some things.

We're going to be having a garage sale one of these days--I think. My brother wanted to be a part of it, too, but he's undecided.
