I'm having a rough night last night. It's not that I'm having trouble sleeping it's just that I have trouble breathing. I was catching up my breath again. I thought I will end up in the ER again, thank God I was able to think of a good remedy. What I did was, I was sleeping while I'm sitting. I don't know why this happens maybe I have too much water intake. Looks like I'm behaving taking too many liquids these days. I told the boyfriend and he thinks I have a lot of water. Anyway, I will try to limit my liquids today. Tomorrow will be my session. Who is going to watch Pacquiao's boxing today? My Brothers are waiting for the fight though. Or any plans today on a Sunday?

Instead of sitting, you can also have many pillowsso you will have a high head position

The feeling of not being able to breathe is so scary! I remember a few years ago now, I was having sleep apnea problems. I would wake up in the middle of the night because I wasn't breathing. My partner of the time, now ex husband, was not happy with me. He got so annoyed that I kept waking up that way as it was waking him up. Maybe less water or liquids would be good?

I also have that issue. Like there is something happening to me during my sleep and I forgot to breathe something like that. Yes, less liquid today.

We went to the lake this morning, spend a couple of hours walking and had lunch at a small quiet restaurant. We do not like boxing.
