For the past few days I've had trouble updating my documents for having my debit card replaced. They kept stating that my pictures were not clear that I had to upload it more than twice. Finally, they're customer service intervenes and resolve the situation. I'm hoping that I can get it before the end of the month. But I'm worried though about the Valid ID pictures I've uploaded, they might use it for scamming schemes.

@JustBhem They wouldn't allow it anymore, I was so shocked. but not entirely because some one here mentioned about applying it online instead. But I didn't think they were that strict

Did you do it online? For me, I am not comfortable sending IDs online. I would prefer to apply in person.

@Letranknight2015 Banks normally deal directly with their customers. Why did your bank bring a third party in?

Actually, the customer service should really be helpful in solving problems of their customers pertaining to their transactions with the bank. That's how they maintain their customers. Don't worry about your ID pictures if you are dealing with banks. They are honest people. If they are not, they will be long gone from the bank.

@Letranknight2015 I know what bank is that. Is it Landbank. All government offices banks there because their pay is through that bank. So, it is understandable that there are lots of people. Especially if it is Monday, oh my, the people are plentiful.

@Letranknight2015 The photos uploaded must be very clear. If you change a new debit card, you will definitely need to update the file. If I do this business in the bank, I have the same procedure.Don't worry.

@Letranknight2015 since 2012 with bubblews, i already had the MYWALLET. through RCBC,hijo. and there, even though it has no money in it, the debit card is good. i haven't deposited my earnings from this site to that bank but my card is still valid.

You can asked them if there are alerts of strange charges. They can check it for you free of charge as long as they have documented also on your account that you are having this thoughts that some of your info or id was used for scams though you are not certain about it but atleast it is noted on your account.
