Healthy eating

What type of diet are you on? Do you eat an health diet or is your diet consist of fat,sugar,and starches. What we put in our body tells alot about your overall health issues. If you eat meat, vegetables, and fruit,your body will be healthier and you will feel better too. But if you consume to many sugar,fat,and starches you are going to have serious health issues and feel sluggish. tired gain weight, now you have to take medication for you unhealthy eating habits like diabetes,cholesterol, heart disease, kidney problems and etc.. Do you body good eat healthy not to say you can't have treats eat those things sparing. It ok if you want a sweet treats ,Not every day all day just some times i do i like chocolate and crunch and munch but sometimes .Fuel your body good you will feel better.

In India most Indians have balanced diet cosisting of carbohydrates, fats , proteins, minerals, vitamins and ingradients that are essential for body! Our diet should be balanced a it should provide you just the amount of energy to maintain itself after doing the routinr work! The excessive calories are the culprits which get stored in the body in the form of fat! Thanks!

my mom is vegan and my dad doesn't eat anything with flour in it so we are a pretty healthy house. if we want something sweet we can make stuff like carrot cake and etc... people think like you miss so much when eating healthy.. but you really don't. you have everything and more.

I eat anything that is available at home. I am not very particular with diet. But what I do is I tend to eatless when I feel I am being over weight. And eat what I want to have a good mood.

A healthy balance Indian diet is what I prefer and have on most of the days. I am not a big fan of junk and avoid high calorie processed food. I cook fresh healthy food every day and that takes care of my health and my family's health. Once in a while we indulge in some junk eating but that is too rare.

I am on diet with no rice and minimal food at night. Cheat day once a week. Cheat day means I can eat rice before 6pm, after that I discipline myself not to eat carbo after 6pm.

Low-moderate carb, no sweets (except for a little Nutella every now and then.) Plus, my Smart for Life Cookies. I LOVE THEM.

I eat whatever I like but I really mind the calories and cholesterol as well.

I try to stick to veggies and dark chocolate nowadays. I don't eat a lot these days too.
