I will be going to sleep early because I am more anxious than my son for tomorrow’s school activity. He just arrived home from school where they did some decorating of the stage for tomorrow’s welcome activity to all newly hired teachers. 6AM is quite early, so my son suggested that I go to bed early. I will prepare breakfast tomorrow for us so I will have to log off from this site now. Dinner is coming, then I will watch Wimbledon finals for me, (Rafael Nadal lost to Novak Djokovic). Do you sleep early for your Monday’s activities or work?

Sometimes I don't. Monday is my session day but sometimes I don't worry about not sleeping early.

@Jessabuma oh, so i think you have to reduce your time here. remember that health is wealth, so if you get sick from being always 'puyat', then whatever you earn here will all go to your medicines, doctor's professional fees, laboratory examinations, and food, so think about it hija.

We get up every day of the week at the same hour 5:30, so we go to sleep always at the same time 10:30 PM.

Well, good luck with everything! As for me I am not a morning person at all. Being retired I am up till 2am... there's good late night tv programs I like to watch. So when got a 745 am jury duty call, I too slept early.

@ridingbet It's marvelous! Though when you get older, age begins to restrict you a bit. But I stay active so to be able to do what I want.

Everyday I take my kids to school and yes I am an early bird too but though I sleep late I manage to wake up to prepare breakfast. After that I go back to sleep again

that is nice of you to go back to sleep, but for me, i think i cannot do that. i have to fix the table and feed our dogs with a piece each of the loaf bread. my sister was still in her room when my son left for school.

@ridingbetOh I see, Me, I move fast, after breakfast, I can clean the table in just 10 minutes. and I get ready to take my kids. That's the longest part when the keys are not in their places again. But rest assured kids know where it is

Sometimes I do sleep early for my kid's school. But most often time I don't cause whenever they are sleeping that is the only time that I am relaxed or what I call me time. And I spend an hour or two online before going to sleep.
